Due to COVID-19 we have temporarily disabled the option for booking online appointments.  However, we are still open during regular business hours of Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturdays 8am to 1pm.  Please give us a call at (515) 224-9500  if you are in need of scheduling an appointment for your pet! 

For After-Hours Assistance:

Jordan Creek Animal Hospital is now using Airvet; a telemedicine phone app to provide connected care to you directly.  Airvet allows for virtual call-backs, re-check exams, and provides you access to a network of veterinarians when you need immediate help in after-hours situation.
