Dr. Christine Hedrick
Dr. Hedrick, originally from Wilmette, Illinois, received her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa before attending Veterinary School at Iowa State University. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine Degree in 2001. Upon graduation, she practiced as a full-time associate veterinarian of Jordan Creek Animal Hospital for several years before starting a family and taking a leave from practice to raise her young children. In 2011, she rejoined the JCAH team as a relief veterinarian.
Dr. Hedrick lives with her husband, two active kids, an ornery but lovable 18-year-old "kitten", and two talkative guinea pigs. In her free time, Christine enjoys family bike rides, walking with friends, reading, traveling and volunteering at her children's school and with the homeless.
