Christina joined Jordan Creek Animal Hospital as Hospital Manager in May 2014. She graduated from Grand View University with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management in 2009.
Christina and her husband Aaron are blessed with an amazing son, Garrett. They also have three Jack Russell Terrier mix pups named Woody, Jack Jack, and Bella and a long haired teacup Chihuahua named Hazel Nutt. Christina loves spending time with her family, traveling, fundraising events, and cooking.
Madison, also known as Madi, graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Ecology, Pre-Vet and Wildlife Care, and a Minor in Animal Science. Madison worked at the Iowa State University Horse Barn for two years, interned at the Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation in San Antonio, Texas, and volunteered for three years at the Wildlife Care Clinic in Ames. Prior to joining JCAH in August of 2016, Madison was a supervisor at Hormel in Algona, Iowa, but relocated to the Des Moines area with her husband, Justen. Madison enjoys spending time with family, baking, shopping, kayaking, and fishing. Madison has two dogs, Amelia and Dexter, a cat named Chester, two guinea pigs, Frank and Hank, three fish, and four snails.
Emily, originally from Dayton, Iowa, received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science from Iowa State University in 2012. She worked for Wells Fargo prior to joining the staff of Jordan Creek Animal Hospital in December 2014.
Emily and her husband Josh have one furry companion, their cat, Candi. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, soaking up the sun, cooking, and playing with lambs on her parents’ farm.
Natalie was born and raised in Britt, Iowa. She attended West Hancock High School followed by the American Military University. She is currently seeking her Bachelors of Arts in English with a concentration in Writing from the American Military University. Prior to joining JCAH she was a Sensor Operator for the MQ-9 for the United States Air Force and was stationed in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Natalie has a senior rescue Shiba Inu named Todd. When she is not spending time with her pet, she also enjoys reading, writing, cooking, animal rights, hiking, and learning.
Lexi grew up in the Des Moines area and attended Des Moines Christian High School. She went on to study Social Work and Family Services at the University of Northern Iowa. Before joining JCAH in July of 2017 she previously worked as an in-home nanny and as a barista at Starbucks.
Lexi is a multiple instrument musician. She plays the guitar, piano, and sings at her church. She also has a calligraphy company that specializes in signage and wedding invitations. When she is not busy at JCAH she can be found hanging out with her English black lab named Maverick, whom she adores!
